Outside of my lobby waiting time, once I got to the back, my technician was phenomenal. Very professional, very sweet, very thorough, very concerned and accommodated whether I was cold my comfort level, etc... She was 100% outstanding! Great at communication! I wish all my doctors and technicians were at her level!

From start to finish, I couldn't have been treated any better. It was all about me and my comfort. It was a very early appointment, so fasting required. Coffee, when I could have it, cheese and crackers, water, warm blankets....treated so well. EVERYONE, was so polite, kind professional. My first set of tests at this hospital and would consider them for any other services.

The tech was so kind. She did everything she possibly could to make me as comfortable as possible. She explained everything that was going to happen. I am a very hard draw & she got the IV started on the first try. I have a very cranky back that makes it very difficult to lay on my back. She took several steps to make the experience as pain free as possible. She was FANTASTIC!

The clerical staff were helpful and friendly. The medical staff went through the procedures explaining in detail and reassuring me at the same time that everything will go smoothly and I will be well taken care off. I would like to thank all the medical staff for taking care of me throughout this procedure.

From the very start I could see I was going to have a problem fitting into PET-CT scanner as I’m am very big man. As soon as my Technician saw the same thing I did. She got a colleague to brain storm the issue of getting my arms in a position which from what they were saying was way different than normal. They made me fell comfortable will they worked the issue until they found a way to make it work. I don’t remember their names but good on you guys.

Everyone from the ladies at Information, Registry and aadmitting were very polite and cheerful. I was exceptionally impressed with Elizabeth my tech who did my test. She was very professional, caring and fun to be around. I've been in the medical institution as a patient for 50 plus years. I believe it's a hard job for those who have to deal with people who are feeling bad. It's wonderful to be around lovely and loving professionals who truly enjoy their work.
